How to Prepare ointment at home for joint and muscle pain

Things Required: Mustard oil, few pieces of garlic, few cloves
Instructions (to prepare one small bowl of ointment)
  1. take a cooking pan and put mustard oil, 8-10 cloves of garlic and 8-10 cloves in it. Do not cut or peel garlic
  2. Strongly heat the oil, garlic and cloves mixture
  3. you will see the mixture getting thicker.
  4. With the help of spoon crush the garlic and the cloves slowly.
  5. Keep on stirring the mixture
  6. after 10 minutes of heating on high flame, heat the mixture on slow falme for another 10 minutes.
  7. If you see the quantity of oil become less (which may happen due to evaporation) pour little more oil in the pan
  8. turn the flame off and allow the mixture to cool down till it become Luke warm.
  9. Apply by giving massage on the painful areas (muscle or joint).
  10. You will fell the relief.
PS: Whenever this ointment is applied it has to be Luke-warm so that it can be more effective.
